  29.  San Diego, CA 1 December 12, 1994 1 Pages Software today announced
  30.  the first fully WYSIWYG HTML document creation tools running under
  31.  NEXTSTEP. These tools include four new HTML Design Models: Cyber,
  32.  HTML, Paseo, and Polar, running on Pages 1.7 ObjectBased(tm)
  33.  word-processing solution. Separately, Pages is also announcing
  34.  a design consulting service for those who want to establish a Web
  35.  presence.

  37.  Now, with Pages, you can create linked HTML documents easily and
  38.  effectively, with little or no knowledge of HTML. You can also
  39.  create styled headlines and tables, readable by standard Web
  40.  browsers, that give a unique look to your pages.

  43.  tool for all forms of information retrieval and dissemination

  53.  through both roadblocks. It allows you to create HTML documents
  54.  using a drag-and-drop WYSIWYG interface; as you create your
  55.  document, you see at all times how it will appear without having
  56.  to switch between *edit: and *preview" modes. Little understanding
  57.  of HTML is required; instead, you can rapidly lay out, edit,
  58.  rearrange, and restyle a page without ever seeing HTML source
  59.  code. Even links to other documents are done using a select-drag-and-drop
  60.  approach. The result is error-free HTML code that adheres to the
  61.  HTML 2.0 Specification.

  64.  embed styled headlines and tables not achievable using standard
  65.  HTML creation tools. These elements are fully editable under Pages
  66.  and are automatically converted to a form viewable by most Web

  68.  standard Pages Design Models can be used as well. Pages Software
